Mo Henderson

Mo, an
experienced lay Buddhist practitioner for the past 28 years, is a lay
minister of the Order of Buddhist Contemplatives. The Order practices within
the Serene Reflection Meditation Tradition (Soto Zen).
Her
core profession was psychiatric nursing, then her specialist interest led to
her being a group facilitator in the UK and for the past ten years a
registered group psychotherapist specialising in mindfulness practice and
contracted to the States of Jersey. She organises and facilitates
mindfulness based training workshops in both the Channel Islands and France
and offers individual help if needed.

BA. RMN. Dip Behavioural Psychotherapy
A lay
Buddhist practitioner also within the Serene Reflection Meditation
Tradition.
Peter
has been a practitioner of behavioural psychotherapy for thirty years,
firstly within the NHS in the UK and then the Channel Islands.
A member
of the British Association for Behavioural & Cognitive Psychotherapy (BABP)
and is a registered psychotherapist and contracted to provide behavioural
psychology for the States of Jersey. He runs both group and individual
sessions in Jersey. Also co-facilitates mindfulness workshops and individual
help in France.
Guest

On occasion guests are
invited to speak, facilitate or direct workshops/retreats/events at La Ville
Davy. Peter and Mo will also be willing to respond to requests for outside
events in Europe. |
